Objective: To evaluate the ability of in vitro antioxidant of the acetylferulic paeonol ester. Methods: In vitro ·OH and DPPH· scavenging activities of ferulic acid, paeonol, L-ascorbic acid(Vc), and acetylferulic paeonol ester were evaluated through 1,10-phenanthroline-Fe^2+ and DPPH detection system.
