目的 研究不同来源藤三七不同部位中总皂苷和总黄酮含量.方法 采用紫外可见分光光度测定恒温回流提取藤三七样品中总皂苷和总黄酮的含量,同时比较不同来源藤三七不同部位中总皂苷和总黄酮含量的差异.结果 永州野生藤三七叶中含总皂苷32.95 mg·g-1,含总黄酮19.23 mg·g-1,茎中含皂苷11.22 mg·g-1,含总黄酮7.98 mg·g-1,珠芽中含皂苷36.70 mg·g-1,含总黄酮5.93 mg·g-1,根中含总皂苷13.14 mg·g-1,含总黄酮6.32 mg·g-1;隆回栽培藤三七叶中含总皂苷14.22 mg·g-1,含总黄酮9.68 mg·g-1,茎中含总皂苷17.98 mg·g-1,含总黄酮16.26 mg·g-1,珠芽中含皂苷16.39 mg·g-1,含总黄酮2.97 mg·g-1,根中含...

Objective To research the contents of total saponins and total flavonids in different parts of Panaa＂ notoginseng from different origins. Method The contents of total saponins and total flavonoids from Panax notoginseng were extracted by constant temperature reflux and detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, then we compare the difference of the contents of the data.
