成功是人类特有的需要,人追求成功是人的生理需要、社会需要和精神需要的统一表现,成功是人自然属性、社会属性和精神属性的辩证统一。青年的价值取向决定了未来整个社会的价值取向,本文运用马克思主义人学对大学生成功观进行探析,指出了"人的自然属性明确大学生成功需要的合理性"、"人的社会属性决定大学生成功社会价值的必要性"、"人的精神属性鼓励大学生成功追求的目的性"。运用马克思主义人学对成功观进行探析,有利于正确认识成功观,有利于大学生将个人理想与社会理想紧密结合起来,凝聚全民族的力量,为实现"中国梦"而奋斗。

Success is uniquely human needs. People's pursuit of success is the unified expression of physiological needs, social needs and spiritual needs.
