目的：了解中医院校本科护生大学一年级至三年级职业态度变化，并分析其影响因素。方法2012年12月至2015年7月，采用“护士职业态度测量量表”测评国内2所中医药大学护理专业2012级全日制本科生职业态度，测量时间点为每个学期第18个教学周，共测量6次。使用护生一般情况调查表（自行设计），艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）及社会支持评定量表，用以筛选每学年影响护生职业态度的因素。结果本组289名中医院校本科护生3年“护士职业态度测量量表”得分均值均高于4.5分，职业态度水平总体呈上升趋势，大一与大三相比存在差异。本组本科护生3年职业态度影响因素不同。大学一年级，护生职业态度影响因素为EP...

Objective To understand the dynamic change of professional attitude of nursing undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine universities and the influencing factors from first-year to third-year.
