目的:研究湿疹喷雾剂水提醇沉纯化工艺最优条件.方法:以苦参碱含量为评价指标,采用正交设计试验法对湿疹喷雾剂的水提液醇沉工艺进行优化.结果:徐长卿、苦参醇沉最优工艺参数为:水提取液浓缩至药材:溶剂(g:mL)为1:0.57,含醇量70%,醇沉时间12 h.结论:该醇沉纯化工艺合理、可行,可为湿疹喷雾剂工业化生产中药材前处理提供依据.
