目的:探讨四磨汤对非胃肠术后患者胃肠功能及血清脑肠肽的影响。方法:采用随机双盲双模拟的研究方法,将72例妇科肿瘤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组术后给予四磨汤口服液和吗丁啉安慰剂,对照组给予吗丁啉和四磨汤口服液安慰剂;用药5 d后观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复及血清胆囊收缩素（CCK）,瘦素（leptin）水平变化情况。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间和首次肛门排气、排便时间较对照组明显提前,差异均有统计学意义（P
