经典名方的研发是积极推动中医药事业发展的重要途径,梳理经典名方组成药味的历史演变以明确中药材基原、产地、炮制等对其研发尤为重要,是保证安全性及药效的源头。通过查阅文献,发现目前桑白皮研究主要集中在化学成分、药理机制以及现代临床研究等方面,鲜有古医籍文献研究,该研究基于"尊古"原则对古籍记载的桑白皮基原、产地、炮制等方面进行全面梳理分析以考证其历代演变过程,为经典名方中桑白皮的研究提供非临床安全性研究资料。经考证可知桑白皮的别名多达20余种,现代最常用的名称只有"桑白皮""桑根白皮""桑皮"。唐宋及以前桑白皮基原主要为桑、鸡桑;唐宋以后桑白皮植物来源呈现多样性;近现...
