在中医理论指导下,中药炭药在临床上被广泛用于治疗各种出血证,此外,还可止泻、抗溃疡,但炭药尤以止血之效见长。根据制炭后的性味改变,炭药止血作用大致可分为两类:一则本身不作止血用,制炭后用于止血;二则本身作止血用,制炭后药物性能改变或止血之力增强。笔者对常用止血炭药的历史沿革及其炮制机制、药理作用的现代研究进行归纳与总结,发现炮制后活性物质保存或含量升高与炭药发挥止血作用密切相关,中药炭药止血的主要药理作用机制包括影响凝血系统与血小板功能等。同时,笔者结合中医药超分子"气析"理论,提出炭药止血作用机制的超分子研究策略,以期为揭示炭药止血的科学内涵提供借鉴。
