《备急千金要方》开心散为古代经典名方之一,是治疗"好忘"的常用方。后世医家在应用该方的过程中,衍化出了许多类方,这些类方的功能主治因剂量的变化与《备急千金要方》开心散既有继承又有拓展,因此考证类方的功能主治与剂量的变化规律十分有必要。考证结果表明,其基本功效为养心开窍、健脾安神、交通心肾,主治病证为喜忘、忧愁悲伤、惊悸恐怯等,不同朝代又略有差异。至宋、金、元时期,在基本功效上,兼温通心阳,清热息风,主治病证较之前略有变化,但基本相同。发展至明代,兼滋阴清热养血,主治病证拓展了远视、近视、遗精、便浊等。至清代,其功效在明代的基础上又增加了滋补心肾,主治病证基本上沿...
