目的:以冠心病血瘀证形成过程中3个阶段大鼠模型为切入点,从线粒体融合-分裂动态变化的角度探索冠心病血瘀证形成过程能量变化的机制。方法:30只大鼠随机分为空白组6只和模型组24只。空白组给予普通饲料喂养,模型组大鼠高脂饲料适应性喂养7 d后进行维生素D(3 VitD3,30万U·kg~(-1))灌胃,14 d后再予以VitD3灌胃(20万U·kg~(-1)),继续高脂饲料喂养21 d后,随机选择6只大鼠为血瘀证前期组,进行模型验证并同时取材;其余大鼠继续高脂饲养30 d后随机选择6只为亚血瘀证期组;剩下的大鼠为心血瘀阻证期组,继续高脂饲养的同时予以皮下多点注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO,5 mg·kg~(-1))连续3 d, 1周后记录心电图。采...

Objective:To explore the mechanism of energy changes in the three stages of the formation of coronary heart disease due to blood stasis in rat model from the perspective of mitochondrial fusion-fission dynamic changes.
