目的 :观察桃仁与红花"药对"不同配比的血府逐瘀汤抗心肌缺血的药理效应. 方法 :实验于 2003- 10/12在湖南中医学院实验动物中心完成,选用 SD大鼠 70只,随机分为模型组、地奥心血康组、桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤(其中桃仁与红花的比值 1∶ 1设为 A方组、 3∶ 2为 B方组、 2∶ 3为 C方组、3∶4为 D方组, 4∶ 3为 E方组),舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素( Pit)制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浴制备大鼠血瘀模型,观察桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠模型心电图 T波和瘀血模型血液流变性等指标的影响. 结果 :桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤可显著改善心肌缺血大...

Aim: To investigate the pharmacological effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction in different compatible proportion of peach kernel and safflower against myocardial ischemia.
