目的 探讨冠心病心血瘀阻证的脉图参数特点,为脉诊客观化提供量化指标.方法 采用上海产ZM-ⅢC型智能脉象仪,对66例冠心病心血瘀阻证患者和76例健康人进行脉图检测分析.结果 与健康对照组比较,冠心病心血瘀阻证组主波高度(Hb)、潮波高度(Hd)、降中峡深度(He)无明显差异(P＞0.05),而重搏波深度(Hf)明显降低,有显著性差异(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);血管弹性系数(Hd/Hb)、血管张力系数(Hf/Hb)明显低于正常组(P＜0.01),外周阻力系数(He/Hb)明显高于正常组(P＜0.05).结论 脉图参数可作为冠心病心血瘀阻证辨证的客观指标之一.

Objective To supply the objective researching of pulses diagnose with quantization indexes through observing the characters of electripulsography parameters of heart blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease.
