目的 探讨益气化痰、通脉祛瘀法及其组方养心通脉片治疗血脂异常的疗效。方法 将68例血脂异常(痰瘀互结证)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组口服养心通脉片,对照组口服绞股蓝总甙片,疗程均为1个月。对两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)作治疗前后动态观察,并进行疗效判定。结果 治疗组32例中临床控制2例,显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,加重0例,总有效率93.75%;对照组21例中临床控制1例,显效9例,有效8例,无效3例,加重0例,总有效率85.71%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均可显著降低血清TC、LDL-C和升高HDL-C(P
