目的:探讨伴攻击行为酒精依赖者认知功能特点及P300潜伏期和波幅特征。方法:采用认知功能量表(RBANS量表)和事件相关电位仪(日本光电MEB9200K)对伴或不伴攻击行为的酒精依赖患者各40例和40例健康对照进行对照研究,比较各组在认知功能各维度、P300潜伏期及波幅变化的差异性。结果: RBANS的结果表明,与不伴攻击行为组相比,伴攻击行为酒精依赖组在即时记忆及注意功能方面损害更为明显(P < 0.01)。P300研究结果显示:与正常对照相比,伴或不伴攻击行为酒依赖组的P300潜伏期延长,波幅下降,差异具有显著性(P < 0.01或P < 0.05)。与不伴攻击行为组相比,伴攻击行为酒精依赖组的P200波幅和P300波幅明显降低...

Objective: To investigate the characteristics of P300 latency and amplitude and cognitive function in alcohol dependent patients with aggressive behavior.
