酒精依赖是以强制性觅酒行为,对酒精摄取失去控制为主要特征的一类常见的精神疾病。酒依赖的发病与社会、心理和生物学因素密切相关。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的发展,酒精依赖遗传学研究成为热点。本文就与酒依赖相关的5-HTR基因、5-HTT基因、GABA基因、MAO基因、COMT基因及mGluR3基因等候选基因研究做一阐述。

As a common mental disorder,alcohol dependence is characterized by compulsory alcohol - seeking behavior and incontrollable behavior of alcohol intake.The social,psychological and biological factors all play important roles in the formation and prognosis of patients with alcohol dependent.With the development of molecular biological technique in recent years,genetic research on alcohol dependence has become a hot topic.Candidate genes have been found to be associated with alcohol dependence in some studies.This paper mainly demonstrates some hot candidate ge...
