近30年中国酒精成瘾患病率逐年增加，其终生患病率达5%。酒精成瘾不仅导致健康相关的损害，还可导致大量的社会危害及经济损失。重复经颅磁刺激作为一种无创的神经调控技术，尽管刺激参数尚未标准化，但越来越多的临床研究发现rTMS在降低渴求、减少复饮率、改善焦虑抑郁情绪以及改善认知功能等酒精依赖治疗领域有显著疗效。
