随着我国物质生活水平提升，酒消费不断增长，导致酒精成瘾患者不断增加。目前临床上对酒精成瘾的治疗，仍存在疗效不佳、复发率高及药物副反应大等问题。针刺作为祖国医学中的重要治疗手段，以其安全性、微创性及个体化等优势被越来越多研究者认可和推广。在成瘾治疗中针刺作为替代疗法的有效性已被证实，研究者还进行开展大量的基础研究。本文综述国内外针刺治疗酒精成瘾的研究进展，从神经生物学角度阐述针刺治疗酒精成瘾的生物学机制，探讨针刺治疗酒精成瘾的可行性及治疗前景。
