随着互联网的发展,我们人类的生活方式得到了巨大的改变,各种传统行业的发展受到了剧烈的冲击,许多现在先进的技术也应用到传统行业中,在高校的体育教学中,各种信息化技术得到广泛应用.采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法论述互联网对中医类院校传统保健体育教学的促进作用,提出"互联网+"对中医类院校传统保健体育教学的促进作用:教学形式的革新,学生主体地位明确;增设理论知识课堂、提高学习效率;互联网+教育为体育教师提供了大量教学资源;改变学生学习态度,提高学生学习积极性.
