We proposed to identify the general situation and trends in the field of job embeddedness (JE) and affective commitment (AC), given the essential role and association between them. Relevant literature was obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection on December 30, 2022. VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric analysis of authors, countries, institutions, journals, co-citation and keywords. A total of 315 literatures were retrieved ultimately.
