目的：初步建立治前胶囊的质量标准，为治前胶囊的质量控制提供依据。方法：采用TLC法对治前胶囊中紫花地丁、鱼腥草、肉桂、黄连、金银花进行定性鉴别，采用HPLC法对紫花地丁中秦皮乙素进行定量分析。结果：在TLC中可检出紫花地丁、鱼腥草、肉桂等药材的相应斑点，秦皮乙素在0．031～0．620μg范围内线性良好， R2＝0．9997；平均加样回收率为100．51％，RSD＝2．12％。结论：该法专属性强，重复性好，结果准确，可用于治前胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Zhiqian capsule.Methods：Viola yedoensis,Houttuyniae Herba,Cortex cinnamomi,Coptidis rhizome,and Lonicerae japonicae flos were identified by TLC.The content of aescu-letin in Viola yedoensis was determined by HPLC.Results：Corresponding spots of Viola yedoensis,Houttuyniae herba, Cortex cinnamomi,Coptidis rhizome,Lonicerae japonicae flos could be identified by TLC.In the range of 0.031 to 0.620 μg aesculetin was well linear,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The average recovery of aesculet...
