目的 评价坐式八段锦练习对重度稳定期COPD患者气道炎性反应的影响.方法 成立研究团队制订坐式八段锦锻炼计划,并按锻炼计划内容实施锻炼.6个月后检测患者痰液中炎性因子白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子-α和C反应蛋白;中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞计数;肺功能情况,用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气量、第1秒用力呼气量实测值占预计值的百分比、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的比值.结果 两组患者痰液中炎性因子白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子-α和C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞计数比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01),淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞计数比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05);用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气量、第1秒用力呼气量实测值...

Objective To evaluate the effect of Baduanjin of Sitting Style to the airway inflammatory response of patients with severe stable Chronic Ob- structive Pulmonary Disease （COPD）. Methods Research team was established, formulated and implemented the training program of Baduanjin of Sitting Style.
