衰老,是一个全身性缓慢渐进的退化过程.主要在五脏虚损,气血失和,其中肝对人体的生理、病理影响不容忽视.因为肝体阴用阳,疏泄失职、藏血失调易致衰老,故在研究延缓衰老时,从肝调理有重要的临床指导意义.

Senility of the human body was a process of degeneration by degress.Senility mainly derives from the insufficiency of both the five viscera and disturbance of Qi and blood interaction in TCM.In particular,the effects of the liver on the physiology and pathology in the human body should not be neglected,because the liver was characterized by “its body pertaining to Yin with its function to Yang.”Both malfunction of liver qi and malfunction of the liver in storing blood may lead to senility.From what was mentioned above,we can draw a conclusion...
