目的 观察脉冲掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd：YAd)激光治疗牙本质过敏的疗效。方法 将牙本质过敏患牙262颗分为2组，实验组(n=131)采用脉冲Nd：YAG激光照射治疗，对照组(n=131)采用氟化钠治疗，分析比较两组疗效。结果 实验组的即刻、1个月后、6个月后的有效率均高于对照组，两者有显著差异(P

OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG) laser pulse in treating dentine hypersensitivity. METHOD: A total of 262 teeth with dentine hypersensitivity were divided equally into 2 groups, namely the test group which received treatment with pulse Nd: YAG laser and the control group treated with sodium fluoride.
