Objective To study the value of MRI in diagnosis of knee occult fracture. Methods Forty patients who experienced acute knee injury with negative findings proved by X-ray films were performed MR examinations, eight cases also underwent CT examinations. MR sequences include: Trweighted imaging, T2-weighted imaging, and short time inversion recovery (STIR) imaging.
