分析了卵泡发育成熟的重要因素是颗粒细胞(GC)的增殖和分化,从GC增殖分化及信号转导通路角度,探讨中药补肾复方及其有效部位促卵泡发育的可能机制及作用靶点,阐明中药补肾复方作用的物质基础,揭示其促卵泡发育的细胞和分子机制,并有助于阐明中医"调经种子"的科学内涵.

The proliferation and differentiation of GC are important factors for stimulating follicular development and maturation.
