Effect of five- juice drink on blood alcohol concentration in rats after drinking： an experimental study based on gas chromatography

目的：探讨五汁饮对酒后大鼠血中乙醇浓度的影响。方法：将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、五汁饮低剂量组、五汁饮高剂量组、葛花组。预防性给药30min后,各组按照1.5m L/100g的高度酒（酒精度为52%）给予灌胃,于酒后1、2、3h左右于内眦静脉丛轮流穿刺釆血,用气相色谱法检测血中乙醇浓度。结果：与模型组相比,五汁饮低、高剂量组均能降低酒后1、2、3h的血中乙醇浓度（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,血中乙醇浓度高低关系是：五汁饮高剂量组〈五汁饮低剂量组〈葛花组〈模型组。实验建立的色谱方法线性良好（相关系数R=0.9995）,精密度良好（RSD=1.41%）,样品在96h稳定（RSD=4.63%）。结论：五汁饮能降低血中...

Objective： To investigate the effect of five- juice drink on blood alcohol concentration in rats after drinking. Methods： Forty male Sprague- Dawley rats were randomly divided into model group,low- and high-dose five- juice drink groups,and Pueraria flower group.
