Objective To screen the producing galanthamine fungi from Lycoris aurea bulbs,and to explore a new way to produce galanthamine.Methods Endophyte was isolated from Lycoris aurea bulbs,and the fermentation solubles were screened and detected by HPLC.Results Five endophytic fungi were isolated from Lycoris aurea bulbs,in which the fungus named GF-1 proved to be able to produce galanthamine.By preliminary identification,GF-1 was a strain of Deuteromycotina,Penicillium LK.ex Fries.Conclusion Endophyti...
