目的 探讨克癃胶囊对肾虚血瘀证大鼠前列腺增生的影响及其对前列腺增生相关蛋白、相关细胞因子的影响.方法 建立前列腺增生肾虚血瘀证大鼠模型,观察空白对照组(A组),模型组(B组),非那雄胺组(C组),低、中、高剂量克癃给药组(D、E、F组)大鼠前列腺和前列腺相关因子的变化.结果 C ～F组大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数均显著低于B组(P＜0.05).②与B组比较,C、E、F组前列腺组织中Ki-67的积分光密度明显降低(P＜0.01),D组无显著性差异(P＞0.05).③与B组比较,C、D、E、F组前列腺组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的积分光密度明显降低(P＜0.01)；但D、E、F组前列腺组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的积分光密度均...
