摘要:
目的 研究人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后血脑屏障(blood brain barrier, BBB)的保护作用及其可能的机制。方法 将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、人参皂苷Rg1低剂量组(10 mg·kg-1)、中剂量组(20 mg·kg-1)、高剂量组(40 mg·kg-1)和阳性药依达拉奉组(10 mg·kg-1)。采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,于拔栓后立刻尾静脉注射给药,模型组和假手术组给予等量生理盐水。再灌注24h后,采用Zea Longa法进行神经功能缺损评分,尼氏染色观察缺血后皮层内神经元死亡情况,伊文思蓝(Evans blue, EB)染色评估BBB通透性,透射电镜验证人参皂苷Rg1对BBB超微结构的保护作用,免疫印迹...

OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of ginsenoside Rgl on blood-brain barrier in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and its possible mechanism. METHODS SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, low dose group of ginsenoside Rgl (10 mg • kg-1), medium dose group of ginsenoside Rgl (20 mg • kg-1), high dose group of ginsenoside Rgl (40 mg • kg-1) and positive drug edaravone group (10 mg • kg-1).
