目的：观察按部选穴针刺治疗对糖尿病胃轻瘫（diabetic gastroparesis,DGP）模型大鼠延髓内c-fos和神经胶质酸性蛋白（glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP）表达的影响,探讨按部选穴是腧穴配伍效应的影响因素.方法：60只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、针刺足三里＋中脘组、针刺足三里＋内关组、针刺足三里＋非经非穴组,每组12只.采用单次腹腔注射2%链脲佐菌素配合普通饲料饮食建立DGP模型大鼠,造模成功后,连续治疗4 wk.治疗结束后,用黑墨水灌胃测小肠推进率,用免疫组织化学法检测大鼠延髓内c-fos和GFAP的灰度值.结果：与空白对照组比较,模型组小肠推进率显著降低,c-fos和GFAP的灰度值降...
