目的:以中医辨治脑梗死期刊文献的医案、验案为对象,探讨脑梗死中医证素分布与组合规律,以期为临床辨证提供参考。方法:检索20052015年中国期刊全文数据库等有关脑梗死经验性诊治病案,建立医案数据库并进行数据分析。结果:脑梗死主要病位证素为经络、肝、心神,主要病性证素为痰、动风、湿、血瘀、阴虚。病位与病性证素可组成证名,中经络:肝阳上亢证、肝肾阴虚风动证、风痰瘀阻证、痰热腑实证、气虚血瘀证、气血两虚证、气虚阳脱证;中脏腑:风火闭窍证、疲火闭窍证、痰湿蒙神证等。证素聚类规律:经络、痰;肝、动风;肾、阳虚、气虚、血虚;热、阳亢、阴虚;心神、闭;湿;血瘀。结论:通过文献研究发现脑...
