Objective: We study the role of nutrition and health benefits of honey for providing the basis for the development and application of honey. Methods: We have collected, classified, organized and summarized 43 honey-related information. Results: The nutrient-rich honey contains the reqired polysaccharides, monosaccharide, enzymes, protein, vitamins and trace elements in human.
