Effects of Jin＇an tablets on movement of uterine smooth muscles in rats

目的观察经安片对大鼠离体和在体子宫平滑肌运动的影响。方法取雌性大鼠随机分组,皮下注射己烯雌酚以提高子宫敏感性。第3天用二道生理记录仪记录正常收缩曲线后,将经安片按0.4、0.8、1.6 g/kg剂量从大鼠十二指肠给药,记录给药后70 min内子宫活动的曲线。测量给药前10 min及药后25～35 min、40～50 min、55～65 min等不同时间段的收缩频率和振幅。另取雌性大鼠注射己烯雌酚使子宫增敏,第3天取子宫观察经安片对离体子宫平滑肌运动的影响。结果经安片0.4 g/kg以上剂量对麻醉大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的自发收缩有明显抑制作用,给药后30～70 min可见子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和频率均显著减小,差异具有统计学意...

Objective To study the effects of Jin＇an tablets on contractile activities of uterine smooth muscles in rats both in vivo and in vitro. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 2 groups after Diethylstilbestrol Administration.
