摘要：

This study reported the treatment process of a case of middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis patient with cognitive impairment, aiming to investigate the impact of stent implantation on the postoperative cognitive function of the patient with MCA stenosis. A MCA stenosis patient received stent implantation and was further treated by low molecular heparin, clopidogrel, and aspirin postoperatively. No new infarction focus was found by MR+DWI after surgery. The patient discharged on the 3rd day after operation and kept on antithrombotic therapy. T...
