Meta-analysis of combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in allergic conjunctivitis

目的 系统分析中西医配合治疗过敏性结膜炎研究文献,为综合治疗过敏性结膜炎提供客观依据。方法 采用中国知网、万方、中国科技期刊数据库(维普)、Pubmed、Cochrance library等数据库,检索中西医配合治疗为观察组、单纯西医治疗为对照组的随机对照试验研究文献。检索时间为建库至2019年7月。按照纳入及排除标准筛选文献,采用Cochrane5.1评价纳入文献质量,采用RevMan5.3对提取数据进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入文献10篇,均为中文文献,包含980例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与单纯西医治疗相比,中西医配合治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效更为显著[优势比为3.95,95%置信区间(95%CI)为2.75~5.80,P
