目的临床上中药联合核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的报道较多,但其疗效和安全性尚不完全清楚.此Meta分析用于阐述及明确其临床疗效及安全性,并为临床应用提供循证依据.方法检索中文数据库包括知网、万方、维普,英文数据库包括PubMed,Cochrane Library等.检索时限自建库起至2021年4月14日,文献质量评价根据Cochrane协作网偏倚风险评估标准实施,采用RevMan 5.3和Stata 12.0软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析.结果本研究共纳入23篇文章及3282例患者,共涉及25种中药方剂.Meta分析显示中药联合核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎可显著改善临床总有效率(OR=3.92,P

Objective: There are many clinical reports on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with nucleoside (acid) analogues (NAs) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), but its efficacy and safety are not completely clear.
