目的优选冰片脂质体的制备工艺条件。方法用正交设计优选该脂质体的处方及制备工艺,并用扫描电镜观测其外观、大小及分布,采用高速离心法处理样品测定其包封率。结果所得脂质体外观圆整,分布较均匀,平均包封率（89.9±1）%（n=3）。结论该脂质体制备工艺可行,具有开发价值。

Objective To optimize the conditions of the preparation technique of the Borneolum syntheticum liposme.Methods The optimum composition and preparation process of the liposome was selected with orthogonal design.The shape,size and size distribution were observed by scanning electron microscopy.Encapsulation efficiency was determined by centrifugation.Results The obtained liposome had a sphere shape with narrow size distribution,and higher encapsulation efficiency（89.9±1.0）%.Conclution The preparation method of the Borneolum s...
