目的 优选延胡索的醇提最佳工艺.方法 以延胡索乙素含量和醇溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用正交设计法优选延胡索的提取工艺.结果 延胡索的最佳提取工艺为:粗粉,加75％乙醇提取2次,第1次加9倍量醇提取1.5 h,第2次加7倍量醇提取1.0 h.结论 优选出的工艺简单可行,可用于延胡索的提取.

Objective In order to select the best alcohol extraction of Rhizoma corydalis. Methods Taking the indexes of Tetrahydropalmatine and extract alcohol solublility, the ethanol extraction technology of Rhizoma corydalis were optimizated with orthogonal design test. Results The best extraction process were thick powder, with 75% ethanol extract twice, first 9 times the amount of ethanol extraction for 1.5 h, second 7 times ethanol extraction of 1.0 h.
