从络病理论论治盆腔瘀血综合征42例临床观察

以络病理论为基础，用自拟盆腔通络汤治疗盆腔瘀血综合征42例，结果痊愈8例，显效6例，有效23例，总有效率88.1%，与西药组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），治疗组比西药组更能改善盆腔静脉流速，2组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。

Using decoction of Penqiangtongluo to treat 42 patients of Pelvic congestion syndrome .The results show that 8 patients were crued,6 patients were markedly effective,23 were effective with the total effective rate of 88.1%.The efficacy of decoction group is statistically different compared with the efficacy of modern medicine group（P〈0.05）.The decoction group can improve the flow rate of vein in Pelvic statistically different compare...
