目的对应用钛缆治疗髌骨骨折的临床方法和临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法随机选择从2012年12月—2014年12月在该院进行治疗的髌骨骨折患者100例,以50例为一组,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组行钛缆环扎固定,对照组行AO改良张力带固定。在手术结束后就可以指导患者进行功能练习,评估并比较两组患者手术治疗的效果。结果观察组手术时间分别是（63.8±5.0）min、（69.6±5.7）m L、（69.6±5.7）d、（5.5±1.7）d,对照组分别是（63.4±6.9）min、（90.6±15.6）m L、（13.6±1.0）d、（16.2±3.0）d,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P
