尤昭玲教授诊治不孕症数十年,形成了独具特色、具备时空思维特征的“病、证、期、时”诊疗模式。文章阐释此模式的形成渊源及时空特征,并总结其丰富的临床应用经验。诊断上病证结合,以西医辨病为纲,四诊合参中医辨证为目;治疗上采取分期论治,标本兼治,在月经期治疗原发痼疾或病证,以改善着床环境;卵泡期养泡助膜,改善卵巢功能;并择时用药,药膳兼施以助孕。此模式验之临床每获良效,值得推广。

In the decades of clinical treatment of infertility, professor YOU Zhao-ling has formed a unique ‘diseases, syndromes, stages and time＇ diagnosis model with time and space characteristics.
