Prognostic value of natriuretic peptide in patients with sepsis： a meta-analysis

目的 探讨研究B型尿钠肽(Brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平升高对脓毒血症患者预后的预测价值.方法 检索Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane中心对照试验和CNKI中国期刊全文数据库,纳入2012年12月以前有关脓毒血症患者BNP水平的研究文献,并用Revman 5软件进行Meta分析.结果纳入8项研究共1464例,Meta分析结果表明脓毒血症患者BNP水平升高与患者死亡风险明显相关,比值比(odds ratio,OR)为10.44,95%置信区间(4.99,21.85).结论 脓毒患者BNP水平是强有力的死亡风险评估指标,进一步研究需要大样本的前瞻性研究来保证其评估过程的标准化.

Objective By this systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the value of elevated BNP in predicting mortality in septic patients.
