The Effect of Jiangzhitongmai Receptu on the Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor-related Protein mRNA Expression on the Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells in the Rabbits with Food-induced Atherosclerosis

目的探讨降脂通脉方对食饵性动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉平滑肌细胞低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白(LRP)mRNA表达的影响.方法将24只家兔随机分为空白对照组、动脉粥样硬化模型组、降脂通脉方组、血脂康药物对照组.采用胆固醇高脂饮食喂养复制家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,60 d后开始灌胃给药,30 d后处死取主动脉平滑肌.采用RT-PCR检测LRP mRNA表达.结果模型组与空白组比较,主动脉平滑肌细胞LRP mRNA表达水平均明显增高(P＜0.01);降脂通脉方能显著降低动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉平滑肌细胞LRP mRNA表达(P＜0.01).结论降脂通脉方能使动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉平滑肌LRP mRNA表达下调,提示降脂通脉方可能通过调节家兔主动...

Objeetlve To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Jiangzhitongmai Receptu against atherosclerosis by the low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein （LRP） mRNA expression on the aortic smooth muscle cells.
