Experimental Study on Effect of Biyueshu Preveniting Rats Rhinitis Medicamentosa

目的:研究鼻渊舒拮抗大鼠药物性鼻炎的效应.方法:以0.1%的鼻眼净滴鼻造成大鼠药物性鼻炎,造模的同时应用鼻渊舒,观察其对模型动物鼻粘膜上皮细胞增生及炎性细胞侵润的影响,以生理盐水为对照.结果:鼻渊舒可减轻鼻粘膜上皮细胞增生及炎性细胞的侵润反应.结论:中药鼻渊舒可拮抗药物性鼻炎的炎性反应.鼻渊舒与减充血剂同用可拮抗减充血剂所致的鼻粘膜上皮细胞增长及淋巴细胞、中性细胞等炎性细胞的浸润作用,从而有效拮抗药物性鼻炎的形成.

Object to study on effect of Biyueshu preventing rats rhinitis medicamentosa.Methods Nasal instillation by decongestant-0.01% naphazoline HCL was used to make rats rhinitis medicamentosa,the same time Biyueshu was used to prevent rhinitis medicamentosa occurance,the 0.09% NS was used as control,and the epithelial hyperplasia and inflammatory cells in nasal mucous membrane were observed.Results Biyueshu can reduce the epithelial hyperplasia and inflannatory cells in rhinitis medicamentosa nasal mucous membrane.Conclusion Biyueshu w...
