Objective :To compare the fingerprint chromatogram of qingkailing injection made by different companies. Methods : HPLC with NUDEOSIL - C18 columm was used, the (A) methanol, (B) 0.5% acetate buffer as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 255nm. Results : 17 peaks were indicated on the HPLC - fingerprint of qingkaihng injection. The relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained with itself peak.
