目的:比较不同厂家清开灵注射液的HPLC指纹图谱.方法:选择NUDEOSIL-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相(A)甲醇-(B)0.5%醋酸梯度洗脱,运行时间65min,检测波长255mm,测定清开灵注射液的指纹图谱.结果:标示出清开灵注射液17个共有峰,以黄芩苷作为参照峰,得出共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积,用中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件计算得出其相似度在0.9以上.结论:不同厂家清开灵注射液的指纹图谱基本一致,可以利用指纹图谱对其进行质量控制.

Objective ：To compare the fingerprint chromatogram of qingkailing injection made by different companies. Methods ： HPLC with NUDEOSIL - C18 columm was used, the （A） methanol, （B） 0.5% acetate buffer as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 255nm. Results ： 17 peaks were indicated on the HPLC - fingerprint of qingkaihng injection. The relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained with itself peak.
