目的：建立山药微粉细胞破壁率的检测方法。方法：采用细胞计数法，以薄壁细胞为评价指标，考察超细粉碎技术对山药细胞破壁率的影响，测定山药微粉的细胞破壁率。结果：山药细粉称样量与完整细胞计数的回归分析结果表明，两者显著相关。山药经超细粉碎后细胞破壁率为90．56％。结论：山药粉末细胞计数方法简便、稳定、可靠。

Objective ：To work out a method to determining wall-broken rate on Rhizoma Dioscoreae micropowder. Methods ：Cytometry is used,to investigate the influence of ultra-pulverization on Rhizoma Dioscoreae,determine wall-broken rate on its micropowder. Resu/ts：The regression analysis result of the weight of Rhizoma Dioscoreae powder and the number of complete cell indicated that both correlated significant.
