卵巢早衰发病原因复杂,治疗效果亦不理想,近年研究显示,染色体上某些基因出现异常可能与卵巢早衰的发生密切相关,相关基因的发现,为基因治疗提供了依据,不仅可筛查相关基因来预测妇女是否会发生过早绝经,使其能及时选择最佳生育时机,还可采用一些措施对其表达进行调控,以达到治疗此病的目的。尽管基因角度的卵巢早衰研究并不完善,但寻找相关基因并进行治疗的研究前景看好,它为从基因角度完整地阐明卵巢早衰的病因,并研制出基因调控药物提供了可能性,有希望从根本上解决卵衰早衰问题。

The pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is complex, and the treatment effect is unsatisfactory. Recent research has shown that some abnormal genes may be closely related with premature ovarian failure. The research result of related genes provides the basis for gene treatment, which can not only predict whether women will get premature meno- pause by screening related genes so that they can choose the best birth time, but also take measures to regulate the expres- sion of the genes to cure this disease.
