传统的临床研究只重视药物对某疾病的有效性观察,而忽视了对无效性病例的研究,这一现象在中医的临床研究中尤为明显。无效病例的存在可能与很多的影响因素,但此间原因的分析对个体化治疗和诊治理论的更新具有积极的意义。从血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病血瘀证的疗效研究的文献着手,探讨疗效差异这一现象。
