通过针灸穴位的选择、腧穴配伍、针灸时间因素、刺激量、针灸手法、刺激方法等对腧穴配伍的临床应用和现代研究的影响,总结各种因素对腧穴配伍效应影响的规律,阐明腧穴配伍的机理,更好地将临床观察和实验研究有机的结合在一起,在中医理论的指导下合理有效的运用腧穴配伍指导针灸临床。
