Study on Effect of Shoutai Pills on Aquaporin Expression inUterine Decidua of Recurrent Abortion Rats

目的:研究寿胎丸对复发性流产（RSA）大鼠子宫蜕膜组织中各型水通道蛋白（AQP）表达的影响,初步筛选与RSA相关的水通道蛋白亚型,阐述其可能的安胎机制。方法:选择健康SPF级SD大鼠,将雌鼠与雄鼠2∶1合笼,按妊娠顺序随机分为寿胎丸高、中、低剂量组,地屈孕酮组,模型组及正常妊娠组。除正常妊娠组,其余各组孕鼠在妊娠第1～9天每天下午予羟基脲片水溶液灌胃（450 mg/kg）,妊娠第10天早上予米非司酮片水溶液灌胃（4.0 mg/kg）。另外,妊娠第1～9天每日上午,寿胎丸高、中、低剂量组分别予寿胎丸中药液灌胃（2.0、1.0、0.5 g/kg）;地屈孕酮组予地屈孕酮水溶液灌胃（3.02 mg/kg）;模型组和正常妊娠组予等...

Objective:To study the effect of Shoutai Pills on aquaporin expression of recurrent abortion model rat uterine decidua tissues and preliminarily screen aquaporin protein subtpyes associated with recurrent abortion and explain its possible mechanism.Method:Healthy SPF grade SD rats were selected.
